The Graham Resource Center at the Illinois Institute of Technology IIT is the primary reference and research source for College of Architecture students, staff, and faculty and is supported by the Paul V. Galvin Library, the main campus library. The GRC opened in 1993 with funding provided via a grant from the Graham Foundation. Additionally, the GRC received separate funding to create the Daniel Brenner Memorial Slide Collection. The GRC,located in Crown Hall, is approximately 36,000 square feet and includes seating for around 50 students. Five large tables seat 40 students comfortably and hold computers for the students and faculty to use. There are 8 Brno chairs for more casual seating along the interior glass wall of the library. Large indexes, oversized books and light tables are at the west desk area. The east desk is the main information desk
